OLM turns 50

Get involved in our 50th anniversary celebration!
We are having a party!
Tickets are on sale for this special event scheduled for February 23, 2025.
Ticket prices: Adults . . . . . . . . .25 euros
Kids 7-14. . . . . . .10 euros
Kids 6 and under . Free
You can pay in cash and pick up your tickets there and then. Or you can pay via bank transfer. We will then reserve your tickets and hand them over once we have your receipt of payment.
Bank account details available at mass. Please remember to put in Concepto “Ticket/s for 50th Anniversary Party”.
Video montage yourself
Add your photos and quotes to our video montage. Capture an image with your family/OLM friends and share your favourite OLM memories on Sunday Jan 19th, Jan 26th or Feb 02. If you can’t make it to church, send your photo to Lucille , before 02 Feb 2025, along with a short message for OLM or a memory OLM helped you create.
The video will play on the video-wall during the party.

What will it be like?
Decorated cocktail tables will be set up across the room for adult guests to stand around and socialise. However, there will also be plenty of seating around for those who want to take the weight of their feet!
As soon as everyone has arrived, waiters will start to serve our adult guests with a variety of delicious savoury tapas and a selection of wines, beer and soft drinks. And cake and fruit for dessert! The food selection includes some items for vegetarians and will be served until 1500 approximately.
What about the kids?
Kids attending will have their own space for their special meal, with tables and chairs set up in one part of the ballroom just for them. The kids have a 3-course meal, starting with pasta, followed by escalope and chips and finishing off with a nice dessert! They will love it!
What's happening in the background?
We hope that parishioners will take this time together to chat and catch up with each other, in a beautiful setting, with lots of great food and drink! But there will also be a lot of other things happening during this time!
Our party is to showcase OLM’s last 50 years, so there will be a rolling display of photos recording a number of events from these years, like weddings and special Masses, which you can take a look at at your leisure.
Then there will also be a Video Wall where you can watch and listen to parishioners sharing their favourite OLM memories. A video of these images and messages will play on the Video Wall during the party!
What else?
We will announce the winners of our 50th Anniversary Raffle/Door Prize and there will be some live music by our OLM musicians later on in the afternoon. After the mini lunch is over, we have the possibility of organising something for those of us who want to party on for a little longer and enjoy a good old sing along! The Bewitching Hour? – 1700!!
